Carrier President's Award
The Carrier President's Award is Carrier's highest dealer honor. It recognizes C&K as a Carrier Factory Authorized Dealer who exemplifies leadership, management, customer satisfaction, expertise, business growth, and operational excellence. C&K won the Carrier Presidents Award in 2020 and 2022.
Carrier Golden Oval Award
The Carrier Golden Oval Award is a prestigious recognition awarded to elite HVAC dealers who demonstrate exceptional growth, management, and customer service excellence. It is part of Carrier's dealer programs, often awarded alongside Silver Oval and top performance honors to Factory Authorized Dealers (FADs) for high performance. C&K has been a Carrier Golden Oval award recipient for 10 straight years, 2015-2024.
Centurion Award
These first quality Dealers are community leaders who embody the Lennox brand promise in their market. These winning Dealers set the standard in their market for customer service and installation quality and execute an annual plan that drives growth and profitability through a foundation of employee development and training. Lennox is proud to honor these dealers with the prestigious Centurion award. C&K was awarded the Centurion Award in 2024.
Best of Story County
Best of Story County Community’s Choice Awards celebrates the best businesses and organizations in the Story County area. Annually, C&K is recognized as a top three Best of Story County finalist in categories such as Best Heating and A/C Company, Best Plumbing Company, Best Employer (1-100 employees), and Best Gutter Company. Winner of Best Heating and A/C Company in 2020 and 2021.
Ankeny’s Best
Ankeny’s Best Community’s Choice Awards celebrates the best businesses and organizations in the Ankeny, Iowa area. C&K is recognized in 2025 as a top three Ankeny’s Best finalist for Best Plumbing Company.

Craftsmanship & Technical Excellence
The Iowa Craft Championships is a rigorous technical competition where the state's top technicians are tested on precision, code compliance, and safety. We are proud that our foundational team members set the elite standard we still require of our apprentices today.
National Gold Medalist: Sidney J. – Sheet Metal (2014)
After advancing from the state level, Sidney represented C&K on the national stage at the National Craft Championships. Competing against the top technicians in the United States, Sidney earned the Gold Medal—cementing our reputation for elite-level technical mastery and precision.
State Winner: James M. – HVAC (2003)
James took home the top honors in the HVAC category at the Iowa Craft Championships. As a state-wide winner, James helped establish the culture of excellence and technical superiority that defines our heating and cooling department today.
