What You’ll Do

• Install custom-fabricated architectural sheet metal systems (coping caps, flashings, wall panels, edge metal, etc.)
• Read blueprints, layouts, and field measurements with accuracy
• Operate metal forming equipment, hand tools, and lifts
• Solve real-world install challenges while maintaining quality standards
• Work as part of a small, high-output crew with a path to team leadership
