By booking a service, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Service Windows: When booking a service through our online scheduling tool, please note that you are selecting a time window (morning or afternoon) rather than an exact appointment time. This allows us to arrange jobs within the selected window to optimize efficiency. We will do our best to honor the time window selected but please understand that exact appointment times may vary based on service demands and route optimization.

Service Charges: By booking a service, you acknowledge that there may be charges associated with having a service technician perform maintenance or repair work. A dispatch fee will be charged for all service calls. The dispatch fee ranges from $80 to $100, depending on the location of the job. Specifically, service calls within Ames are $80, calls outside Ames are $90, and calls outside our service boundary are $100. Quotes are free of charge, but only projects such as equipment replacement, retrofit, remodel, and certain installations qualify for a free quote. Repairs, maintenance, and small replacement parts likely qualify for a service call and not a free quote. This fee covers the cost of sending a technician to your location and is non-refundable. Any additional costs for parts, labor, or special services will be discussed with you before the work begins and will be billed accordingly.

Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept various forms of payment including credit/debit cards, checks, and cash. For membership holders, please refer to your specific membership terms for any applicable discounts or billing options.

Cancellations and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Repeated cancellations may result in restricted access to our online scheduling tool.

Liability: While our technicians are highly trained and professional, C&K Inc. is not responsible for any pre-existing issues that may be uncovered during the service that require additional repair. We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to property damage, unless caused by our gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

Service Guarantee: We strive to provide the highest level of service and customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact our customer service team immediately, and we will make every effort to address your concerns.

Privacy and Data Security: Any personal information collected through our online scheduling tool will be used solely for the purpose of providing service. We are committed to protecting your privacy and data security.
