Pleased with the service and technician.
The technician called ahead and let us know he was on the way to our house. He arrived on time and donned clean shoe-covers to avoid tracking dirt inside the house. He answered some questions I had about a furnace in the house, although he was there to inspect and maintain the air conditioner. He also told us about a furnace and air conditioner service program, which we decided to try. All in all, a good experience.
