“Hard to find service like this anymore! On Friday 10/16/2026 I went to change out my shower handle cartridge due to it dripping. In my attempt to remove the screw cap holding in the cartridge, that was very well calcified on, I unfortunately broke the actual valve. Called C&K after noon and was fortunately told there was a floater person who at least could come take a look and give me a price to fix. Likely not have time to fix it but at least get a plan and cost. Technician Sean Deal showed up about 3:00 to take a look. I knew the whole valve needed replaced and Sean knew we would not have water until the valve was replaced. Sean said we did not need to go without water for an extended period and even though late on a Friday afternoon, he would get it fixed. Caden VandenBosch showed up to assist. Our valve was replaced and water back on before 5:00 pm. Truly grateful Sean and Caden went the extra mile to help us out in a pinch. C&K has certainly earned my repeat business if needed in the future. Kudos C&K!”
