Quick service. I felt the heater was somewhat over priced.
Installer very friendly, knew his job and was very professional with the installation, walked me through the controls concerning their purpose and how to operate them. Checked everything over and cleaned the work area prior to leaving. If I was an employer this is the type of person I would want to be representing my business.
