Thorough diagnosis, service, and description.
Diagnosis of a handful of possible factors which could be the cause of our problem. Service was completed, albeit expensive, however cooling system in our home is now functioning much better than any time of the past six weeks. The technician was thorough with his descriptions of alternatives.
