Great, responsive, friendly service
Cameron came out to repair our furnace that was not working, same day. The communication was great throughout the process. They sent a text and called ahead of time as well as a photo to identify him. He ended up being able to come earlier than expected, which worked great. He was very courteous and knowledgeable and I was impressed by his service. He did not push me into making unnecessary repairs, and got us back up and running. He also recommended some things to think about in the future, to keep our furnace unit running at its best. It’s hard to get good service these days, so thank you, C and K for for doing just that!

David was pleasant, polite, and extremely thorough. I appreciate that he seemed to go beyond the basic inspection with suggestions on simple maintenance that I can perform myself. I hope he will be assigned to me in the spring also.
