Not on time. EARLY! Who does that?
I had my annual furnace check scheduled for early afternoon today, and got a call from C&K asking if it would be okay if a tech arrived early. Yes, please! Even if I couldn’t accommodate the change, the fact that it was offered speaks to the care C&K provides its customers.

Usual good service
Will was very careful in his assessment of our system, he found a gas pressure that needed to be changed dues to a recently installed gas meter and that the air filters we are using had too high a MERV rating, I wish the prior techs were as good as Will and had informed us of this before we bought a bunch of these expensive filters
