C&K Service

Great service with bad road conditions! The City of Ames has the road in front of my home torn up for sewer line replacement but C&K showed up anyway with smiles on their faces!

As the technicians were leaving after my fall furnace tune-up, I was cleaning my windows and I couldn’t get a window back in its track properly. I quickly asked them if they were any good with windows as I was feeling desperate that the window wasn’t going to go back in at all. They both walked over quickly to offer some help when I suddenly got it. I was so thankful that they even just gestured to help by walking over to look at the window before they left since I was suddenly in a real pinch and starting to panic. Very appreciative of their helpful spirit.

Guys came out and accessed the a/c unit as having a couple of issues, then lined me right up with estimator for new unit install. Great guys all of them
