Good, but I have a question for Will. I was outside by the a.c. Unit and saw that the Network Interface Device was open. Was this something you used in your procedure or did it open in another way?

We have had yearly contract for Spring and Fall checkups on equipment for several years and really like knowing we’re ready for every season. Whether those calls or trouble/sometimes emergency repair calls, service personnel are courteous, competent and answer any questions we might have. Never have had a complaint.
